Copyrights and other rights to the aplication Ex-PRICE® are the exclusive ownership of the company Pharm-In®, Ltd. The application must not be used without the express prior written consent of the company Pharm-In®, Ltd. User may not make any part of application available on another internet site, whether in the form of a hyperlink or otherwise. Access to the application may not be allowed to third parties and the outputs of the applications or parts thereof may not be distributed to third parties.

The Provider shall not and cannot be held responsible for the availability, legality, factual accuracy, up-to-dateness or completeness of information delivered by the third party and information published on websites of third parties, including web sites of public authorities. Equally, despite the extraordinary effort of the Provider, it is not possible to guarantee the absolutely faultless takeover of the data from the source websites and files and their faultless analytical processing.

The company PHARM-In®, Ltd. bears no liability for any direct, indirect, related or subsequent losses caused by the use of the applications. Any decision made by the user on the basis of Ex-PRICE®  is and will therefore be entirely on the user’s own and sole responsibility.
